Certificate of Compliance

A Certificate of Compliance is required for all new build work and for any alteration, addition or extension work to an existing property. When selling a property – you will need to provide a Certificate of Compliance or Certificate of Exemption. A Certificates of Compliance will ensure that all works have been carried out in accordance with any planning permission granted and the Building Regulations.
