Homebuyers Report | Level 2 Survey

A Homebuyers Report, (also known as Level 2 Survey) is an intermediate level of service and this report gives information regarding the property’s construction and condition. The report will help the buyer make a reasoned and informed judgement on whether or not to proceed with the purchase.

​At this level, although it is concise, the report normally includes advice about repairs and any ongoing maintenance issues.

A Homebuyers Report is our most popular report and is suited towards a wider range of conventionally built homes, in reasonable condition and is the minimum level of report recommended for most properties.

​We are on hand to talk through any information or advice provided in your report after you have received it so you can feel confident about understanding your potential purchase.

​We arrange the survey for you. All you need to do is call our office or send us an email with the property details and we will arrange access directly with the Auctioneer or vendor.
