Project Supervision

Nigel Redmond Design specialise in the supervision of one-off houses, house extensions, refurbishments, small scale residential developments and educational buildings. Our level of involvement at the design stage mitigates problems and difficulties that arise at the construction stage. We will stay involved with the project from inception right through to completion if required. After the planning process we can prepare detailed tender drawings and documents and issue them to experienced contractors for costing & selection.

During construction, we monitor and supervise progress on site, alter drawings as necessary, deal with any issues problems that arise and liaise with the clients on a regular basis in order to keep them informed as to the progress. The level of our involvement during the construction process depends on the client requirements. This ranges from occasional site visits in order to certify stage payments for the bank and issue certs of compliance, to full time project supervision and project management services.

Our membership with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) is recognition of our professional competence. As registered Building Surveyors , Nigel Redmond Planning & Design are in a position to supervise your project.
